Terms & Conditions
Next Level Builder
Challenge 2026–27
1. The Promoter
Next Level Elevators Pty Ltd (ABN 60 161 047 016) of 456 Smith Street, Collingwood VIC 3066 (“Next Level Elevators”, “the Promoter”).
For competition enquiries: hello@nlevel.com.au or 1800 80 99 10.
2. The Competition
The Next Level Builder Challenge 2026–27 (“the Competition”) is a merit-based purchasing competition. Winners are determined entirely by points earned through purchasing performance. There is no random draw, lottery element, or element of chance involved in determining the winner. On that basis, the Competition is not a trade promotion lottery requiring a permit in NSW, VIC or QLD.
3. Competition Period
Competition announced: 17 June 2026 — HIA NSW Industry Outlook Breakfast
Pre-registration opens: 17 June 2026 (via QR code at the HIA NSW Industry Outlook Breakfast and competition registration link)
Winning builder determined and announced: January 2027
Next Level Elevators may extend or shorten the competition period by giving reasonable notice to registered entrants, provided that any change will not materially disadvantage entrants who have already registered.
Next Level Elevators reserves the right to extend or shorten the competition period by giving reasonable notice.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter and win, a participant must:
▪Be a current financial member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) at the time of registration and throughout the competition period
▪Be a licensed building contractor operating in New South Wales, Victoria or Queensland
▪Be aged 18 years or over
▪Personally register via the Next Level Elevators competition registration page at builderchallenge.nextlevelelevators.com.au — registration is not automatic. Being an existing Next Level Elevators customer, an HIA member, or having a prior relationship with Next Level Elevators does not constitute entry into the Competition
▪Agree to these Terms & Conditions at the time of registration
No Automatic Enrolment
Next Level Elevators has no internal mechanism to automatically identify which of its existing customers hold current HIA membership. For this reason, all entrants must self-register via the portal. Purchases made by customers who have not registered will not accrue points and will not be eligible for consideration.
5. How to Enter
Complete the registration form at builderchallenge.nextlevelelevators.com.au. Pre-registration is open from 17 June 2026 (announced at the HIA NSW Industry Outlook Breakfast). Registration is free and takes approximately 2 minutes.
Declare your current HIA membership number at the time of registration.
Agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Make one or more qualifying purchases within your applicable qualifying window (see clause 6).
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to register; however, points can only be earned through qualifying purchases as defined in clause 6.
6. Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase is confirmed once a deposit has been paid on a signed Next Level Elevators lift contract. Two eligibility windows apply depending on the entrant’s circumstances:
Standard entrants (no prior outstanding quote): Deposits received between 1 July 2026 and 31 December 2026 (midnight AEST).
Entrants with an outstanding quote pre-dating 17 June 2026: Deposits received between 17 June 2026 and 31 December 2026 may be considered qualifying purchases, provided: (a) the entrant registers during the pre-registration window (17 June – 30 June 2026); and (b) the outstanding quote can be verified by Next Level Elevators as having been issued prior to 17 June 2026. Next Level Elevators will conduct this verification internally. No quote number is required from the entrant at registration, however Next Level Elevators reserves the right to request supporting documentation and to disqualify any early deposit where an outstanding quote cannot be substantiated.
The following conditions apply to all qualifying purchases:
▪The deposit must relate to a signed contract for the supply and installation of Next Level Elevators lift products
▪Points are calculated on the total contract value (ex GST) at the time the deposit is received
▪Deposits paid after 31 December 2026 are not eligible, regardless of when the contract was signed
▪Next Level Elevators reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, whether a purchase is a qualifying purchase
Internal Verification Note
The ‘outstanding quote’ declaration at registration is a self-declaration by the entrant. Next Level Elevators will cross-reference this against internal sales records. Where a quote cannot be verified, the deposit will be treated under the standard qualifying purchase window (1 July 2026 onwards).
7. Points Structure
Points are awarded as follows:
| Mechanism |
Trigger |
Points |
| Base Spend | Per $10,000 (ex GST) of qualifying contract value | 10 pts |
| Unit Volume Bonus | Per individual lift unit in a qualifying contract | 5 pts |
| Early Bird Bonus | First qualifying deposit received on or before 31 August 2026 (one-time, per entrant) | 15 pts |
Next Level Elevators may adjust the points structure during the competition period by giving reasonable notice to all registered entrants, provided that any adjustment applies prospectively only and does not materially disadvantage entrants who registered before the adjustment.
8. Winner Determination
There is one (1) winning builder, determined across all eligible states (NSW, VIC and QLD):
Company representation: The prize entitles the winning entrant’s company to send one (1) representative on the Italy Eltec Lift Innovation Tour.
Tie-breaking: In the event of a tie, the winner will be the entrant with the higher total qualifying contract value. If still tied, the winner will be the entrant whose first qualifying deposit was received earliest by Next Level Elevators.
The Prize will be awarded if at least one eligible entrant has made a qualifying purchase during the competition period and complied with these Terms & Conditions. If there are no eligible entrants who have made a qualifying purchase, no winner will be determined.
9. HIA Membership Verification
By registering, each entrant declares that they hold current financial HIA membership. Next Level Elevators reserves the right to verify HIA membership status for any entrant at any time, and in particular before announcing or confirming winners. An entrant found to have provided a false or inaccurate HIA membership declaration will be immediately disqualified and will forfeit any points or prizes accrued.
10. The Prize
The winner receives one (1) place on the Next Level Elevators Italy Eltec Lift Innovation Tour (“the Prize”), which includes:
▪Return international economy class flights from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Italy (4 days, 4 nights)
▪Accommodation for 4 nights
▪Exclusive visit to Eltec, Next Level Elevators’ manufacturing partner in Italy
▪Hosted group dinners and experiences as arranged by Next Level Elevators
▪Ground transfers as arranged by Next Level Elevators
The total recommended retail value of the Prize is approximately AUD $10,000 (including GST, based on costs as at the date of publication). Actual costs may vary depending on departure city, travel dates and availability.
The Prize does not include travel insurance, visa fees, personal spending money, airport transfers to/from the winner’s home, or any other costs not expressly listed above.
The Prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent. Next Level Elevators reserves the right to substitute any element of the Prize with an equivalent or higher-value alternative if circumstances require.
One representative from the winning company. The prize entitles the winning entrant’s company to send one (1) representative on the Italy Eltec Lift Innovation Tour.
11. Prize Acceptance — Italy Trip Terms
Claiming the Prize is conditional on the winner reading, agreeing to, and signing Next Level Elevators’ Italy Trip Terms & Conditions (“Trip T&Cs”), which will be provided to winners at the time of notification. The Trip T&Cs will be reasonable and will relate to the safe and lawful administration of the trip. A winner who does not agree to the Trip T&Cs, or who does not respond within the required acceptance period, will forfeit the Prize and Next Level Elevators may award it to the next eligible entrant.
The Trip T&Cs will include, but are not limited to, conditions relating to:
▪Travel window and date flexibility requirements
▪Valid passport and any applicable visa requirements (at the winner’s own cost and responsibility)
▪Requirement to hold comprehensive travel insurance (at the winner’s own cost)
▪Media and content consent — Next Level Elevators may use the winner’s name, image, and trip-related content for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media
▪Conduct expectations during the trip
▪Next Level Elevators’ right to vary the itinerary due to circumstances outside its control
▪The winner has 9 months from the date of notification to redeem the Prize. A blackout period applies from 1 June to 31 August 2027. Next Level Elevators will work with the winner in good faith to schedule the trip within the available redemption window.
Note on Prize T&Cs
The Trip T&Cs will be reasonable and will not impose conditions that a reasonable person would consider unduly onerous. The prize is genuine and Next Level Elevators is committed to delivering it. The Trip T&Cs exist to protect both the winner and Next Level Elevators and to ensure the experience is positive for all participants.
12. Disqualification
Next Level Elevators reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
▪Provides false or misleading information at registration, including a false HIA membership declaration
▪Attempts to manipulate the points system by any means, including artificially structuring contracts
▪Engages in conduct that a reasonable person would consider harmful to the reputation of the Competition, Next Level Elevators, or HIA
▪Fails to meet any eligibility requirement at any point during the competition period
13. Next Level Elevators’ Rights
Next Level Elevators reserves the right to:
▪Vary, suspend or cancel the Competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside Next Level Elevators’ reasonable control, giving reasonable notice to registered entrants where practicable
▪Verify the eligibility and points of any entrant at any time
▪Make final and binding decisions on all matters relating to the Competition, including eligibility, points calculations and winner determination
▪Make final decisions on all matters relating to the Competition, including eligibility, points calculations and winner determination
▪Amend these Terms & Conditions during the competition period only where necessary, with any material changes communicated to registered entrants, provided that changes will not retrospectively reduce points already earned, reduce the Prize, or materially disadvantage entrants who have already registered
14. Privacy
Personal information collected at registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and, if the entrant wins, arranging the Prize. Next Level Elevators will handle all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Privacy Policy (https://www.nextlevelelevators.com.au/privacy-policy).
